I'm sure the other salesman are nice but if I ever need anything I will always talk to Leo. Ide go as far as saying that I just wont ever go to another dealership just because I've already had such a great experience at Kendall in nampa that why would I bother going anywhere else? Best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. My salesman Sam Kirsch went above and beyond to make this a fun experience. Sam went beyond his duty and made arrangements to have my windows tinted before delivery of the vehicle, also Norm the finance manager made the financial part of this deal quick and painless he also was so nice and friendly that he felt like a long lost relative. So we were in the market for a pre-owned commuter car. Decided to stop here first, our sales guide Weston Tischler was fantastic. He helped us and took us on a road test, explained the pros and cons for a lease in our situation. We decided to go check out a few other dealers to make sure we were getting what we wanted. We didn't end up buying a car from him, another dealer had the exact model and color I had been looking for, same price, lower miles. This is where the mistake was made. Sure we got the car we were looking for but that dealer might not get is as repeat customers. Next time we are in the market for upgrading the suburban. We know who to call. Weston was fantastic never pushy, spent time with us, he never asked us to sit down and run numbers on something we weren't sure about. Will definitely refer people back to Kendall to see Weston.
I had been doing some research on pickup trucks and setting a budget for myself when I was called by another dealership who happened to service my car and they told me they wanted to buy my car and were prepared to offer me book value or above. I did go and speak with them about purchasing my car and getting a pickup. NEVER once did they ask me what price range I was in, only what I wanted my payments to be...please, I know how this works. When I went to Kendall Auto, my dealer asked me what I was looking for and what price range I was in and didn't even try to show me things I could not afford. I feel I was treated very respectfully. I have never bought a vehicle all on my own and my dealer was very helpful and thorough in the whole process. I love my pickup and would happily recommend Kendall Auto Mall to anyone looking for a vehicle.
