I bought a 2012 kia soul brand new from them. From the get go the experience was horrible, sales rep was pushy and misinformed on almost all aspects. I'm not usually someone who leaves bad reviews. How ever the service center is the final straw. Not only are they short and rude. They insist on setting appointments which is great. How ever they will book walk ins over their appointments. With my appointment my oil change only took 2 and a half hours. Not only will I never shop there again I will ensure no family or friends ever go through the wretched experience I have had this company. I would highly suggest their GM puts in the some effort on the customer satisfaction side..... updated when i bought a 2nd car Cameron Preshar was amazing and havent had any issues. New ownership seems to be much better
They did a great job diagnosing our car, it wasn't easy and they stuck to it until it was figured out.
Bought what I thought was a really straight 2006 Chevy Colorado from the value lot. I overpaid, thinking that I was getting a great little pickup. When spring came the next year, I found multiple leaks in the sunroof and found out it was an aftermarket job that no service center will touch! Kendall isn’t doing anything about it, and I’ve called every department multiple times. Don, the used car manager was informed, but i’m stuck with a leaky car. I really wish I would have kept our mint condition 2015 Impreza Sport they got for a trade-in!!!! Edit: Kendall has split the cost to replace my new sunroof. It was still very expensive, but they stepped up after the initial 1 star review!!!! Thank you, Mike Betts for following through.
We bought a 2018 Traverse there. It was an easy deal for us. We selected what we wanted, didn't get much hassle and were able to trade in our vehicle on the spot.I would go there again, if needed or given the opportunity. The employees were helpful, clear and concise in their explanations
