Initially my review, had I placed it yesterday, 09/11/17, would have been terrible, why, mailings from GM, my 2013 Vette needs service, I had received probably 4 of them over the course of the year, the Vette is stored from October to mid April, this year I put 1,850 miles on it since 2016, so I waited until today to drive over.I did use the mailing and called the phone number listed for the service manager, imagine my surprise when each time I tried, I did 4 times, I was told the phone number I was dialing was not a valid number. Yes, I checked what I was dialing and it matched. I then used the second number listed and found someone that answered and was told I could not leave a message for the service manager but he would take a message and give it to the service manager. More frustration, we talked and he said I would have to make an appointment for my car, I asked why, all the other times with Edmark I simply drove over and they would take my car in and change the oil, filter, checked and get me on the road. He said for service I had to have an appointment, I again said for an oil change, then he said, oh, no you can simply show up and they will take care of you. I thanked him, said goodbye and was thinking I will not like Kendall.I took my invoice from September of 2016 with me so I had something to compare their invoice and charges to. Showed up, walked in, here was a station for "Quick Service", no idea if that means me, went to the left, waited behind a couple and then they were done and the person there, I gave him my name, he tried to find me, asked me for my name again, I gave it to him, nothing and he asked me if I had an appointment, I told him no, was told to simply show up, I told him what I wanted to have done, bingo, oh, come on I will take you to the "Quick Service", no wonder he could not find me.The Service Advisor, Tom Jones, "Quick Service", visited, found my name, took my fob, said he would find me and it should be under an hour.I went to the show room, wandered around, sniffed the cars, then took my GM mailing to the desk in the show room, the person there was Matt, I showed him the mailing and the phone number that was wrong, he said he would get it to someone that would contact GM and get the phone number corrected. We started talking, yes, cars, enjoyable, we both love cars, he have several and then I got my call from Tom and Matt and I shook hands and I left.When I paid the bill, to my surprise, it was $20.17 less than the year before from Edmark. We (Kendall and I) started off on the wrong foot, but Tom and Matt made it a good visit, I will do this again.Otto

Had some warranty work done and mark Schneider was awesome he did his all to get it taken care of and keeping me posted on what was going on .now doing oil change on my trk.

I purchased the truck of my dreams almost a year ago. After several issues with it, I was ready to just be done with it, had it not been for Craig Harris, the service manager at Kendall. He demonstrated a level of professionalism unmatched in the industry. Each and every time I brought my truck in for service, he went above and beyond to insure my satisfaction. You just cant buy that level of customer service. He genuinely cared about the issues and resolving them to the customers satisfaction. Kendall is fortunate to have someone like Craig representing them and their brand! I wouldn't hesitate recommending their service department because I know Craig is there delivering the highest level of customer service you can find in the treasure valley!
