Kendall GMC of Nampa were outstanding! Rich and Matt were very helpful and did not apply any pressure. In fact, I went to the Ram dealer next door because of my uncertainty in which brand I wanted. I went back to Kendall GMC because they were much more pleasant and willing to answer my questions. I felt like I was getting a more honest deal.
My first impression I was very impressed with the lot and buildings, it is state of the art and was excited to be there! There was a lot of choices to consider with their very large inventory. I had made an appointment with Ashley, my Salesman, and he had three trucks out to help me choose. He knew what was important for me and my business truck purchase and helped me make the right decision that worked best. I left to give it more thought but I filled out the credit application on line so that the dealership could be ready to act the next day if I decided to go forward. I made an appointment to return to get the deal done and was treated well while they worked to get me all completed. I am going to return with the truck in a few days to get some after market things added such as tires, wheels, add a bed liner, have the front windows tinted, and have the truck get a leveling kit put on. I really appreciate the no pressure attitude and straight up approach that Ashley demonstrated. I respected his time, and he respected mine. I too am in sales and I knew that the both of us just got it and it was simple for the two of us to do business. I would be happy to recommend this dealership and Ashley to all that may have a need. Bought A LOT of cars over the years. I'm from Helena, Montana & seen a few good deals on KIA Souls down at Kendall. Called and spoke with Jake in Sales & he confirmed pricing (which was FANTASTIC btw) so my family & I took a trip down. They had an AWESOME selection of vehicles compared to anything we have here in Montana. After a few test drives we found they had the perfect vehicle for us at a great deal but what was more impressive was the fact that Jake was so patient & really came from a place of wanting to help us find whatever would be best for us. Refreshing change from the usual pushiness you get from many car salesman. Mike, his manager, was also extremely pleasant, professional & also upfront with everything.
